Section 12
Place of office of the arbitrator
(1) The office of the arbitrator shall be at the following place: –
(a) The location of the mediator's office is mentioned in the agreement (b) If the location of the arbitrator's office is not mentioned in the agreement, the location chosen by the parties.
(c) If the parties do not choose such a place within fifteen days of the appointment of the arbitrator or if there is no agreement between the parties in that regard, at the place designated by the arbitrator after considering all the relevant circumstances.
(2) Notwithstanding anything else written in this section, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the arbitrators may discuss among themselves and determine the position in any other suitable place where it is convenient to get testimony of witnesses, take expert opinion, inspect any document, object or place.
